While we strive to adhere to the estimated delivery dates and lead times communicated upon order placement, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, or shipping delays may impact delivery schedules. Rest assured, we work diligently to minimise delays and will keep you well-informed about the progress of your order.

Upon placing your order, your first communication from us will be a confirmation email. If you don't find it in your inbox, please check your junk mail. Feel free to contact us if you still can't locate it, and we'll gladly resend it. For orders without a provided email address, the order confirmation will be sent via SMS to the provided phone number. The subsequent communication will be to schedule your delivery slot. Be assured that your order is in our system, and we are committed to keeping you updated on its status promptly.

Delivery Instructions:

Fully assembled and larger items will be delivered curbside on a pallet crate to a safe place. Please be prepared to unwrap and assemble your Eterna Home order. We will dispose of the crate and shrink wrap. It's advisable to have assistance on hand to accept delivery. Should there be any unfortunate damage, it is advisable to check your order whilst the driver is present and reject any faulty items, whilst keeping the rest of your order. Note that pallets may be dropped off without further handling. Delivery is specifically to a curbside location or in a safe place of your choice, which our driver will need to be informed of. All standard deliveries of Eterna Home will be placed in a designated safe spot of your choice. However, please be aware that unpacking the order or removing the packaging is not included in this option.

Delivery Communication:

We'll keep you updated with information on your order, confirming the delivery date and providing a three-hour delivery window. On the delivery day, you'll receive a call before our arrival, typically between 07:00 and 19:00 hours. Although we cannot guarantee a specific time slot, feel free to contact us for possible updates on the driver's location.

Delivery Considerations:

When ordering Eterna Home garden furniture, kindly inform us of any access or parking issues for our logistics service, as well as any obstacles, gravel drives, steps, or width restrictions in the garden. Failure to do so may result in an abortive delivery and a subsequent redelivery charge. Please note that Eterna Home is not liable for any damage caused due to insufficient access for item placement in the garden.

Types of Deliveries:

For larger items delivered by our logistics service, the logistics service will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date. Assistance may be required for items like sun loungers, large benches, and tables. If necessary, a 2-man delivery service can be quoted for larger items on an individual order basis. Smaller items, such as cushions, parasols, bases, and accessories, will be dispatched via a third-party courier within 3 working days.

Premium Delivery Service:

Experience luxury from start to finish with our Premium Delivery option. Sit back and relax as we bring your order directly to your door, precisely where you want your furniture situated. Our professional team will then expertly assemble your furniture, ensuring it's set up to your exact specifications. But that's not all! We'll also take care of all the packaging, leaving your space clean and clutter-free. With our Premium Delivery Service, you can enjoy your new furniture without any hassle or stress. You can add this service when selecting your product choice.

Please note that our Premium Delivery Service is presently unavailable in the following regions: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Channel Islands.

Delivery Amendments and Cancellations:

Products begin their journey three working days before the delivery date. Should you need to amend the delivery date within this timeframe, a £49 late re-delivery fee will apply. For cancellations within 3 working days of the stated delivery date, a return fee will be charged as per Our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Returns and Replacements:

In case of returns, please securely repackage the items using the original packaging until you are fully satisfied with your products. Notify us of any issues or damages within 24 hours. Please note that some items may require minimal assembly. For more information please visit our returns page.

Product Handling:

It is imperative to emphasize that the assembly of Eterna Home products must be carried out by the customer within the designated box or on a soft surface to ensure the integrity of the items. Eterna Home, as a company committed to delivering high-quality products, cannot assume responsibility for damages incurred during assembly on patios or hard surfaces. Customers are strongly advised to exercise caution and adhere to the recommended assembly conditions provided in the instructions. Any deviation from these guidelines may result in compromised product quality, and Eterna Home cannot be held liable for any ensuing damage. We encourage customers to prioritize the longevity and performance of their Royal Finesse products by following the prescribed assembly procedures for a seamless and satisfactory experience.
