We warrant that all of our products are fit for their intended use and purpose and are free from any manufacturing faults or defects. "Defects", as we have used in this warranty, are defined as imperfections in material or workmanship that will impair the use or structural integrity of the furniture or product.
 
Teak wood is a natural product and therefore this does not include minor cracks or end grain checking which are natural occurrences and do not affect the strength or integrity of your furniture. Should you find a defect in material or workmanship in any part or component, we will repair or replace the furniture, subject to our terms and conditions.
 
Under this warranty, we are unable to exchange goods that have been treated, painted, modified or dismantled in any way, or bespoke items this also includes free gift items. In these cases, we would repair any damage covered by the warranty.
 
Once delivery has been accepted, the customer is responsible for cleaning and caring for the furniture, we do not accept responsibility for dirt or any mould or mildew growth that occurs after the delivery of your furniture. Any damage due to neglect will void the warranty.
 
Every piece of furniture is warrantied as an individual entity. Should any item from a set of furniture become faulty we will repair or replace the damaged piece of furniture. Our warranty does not cover the entire set of furniture for exchange in this particular case, we would only replace or fix the item damaged.
 
Kindly note that our product guarantee does not apply to items that have been shipped overseas or items that are not intended for commercial use being used in a commercial setting. We encourage you to reach out to our customer service team for further assistance or clarification regarding your specific situation.
 
If you wish to claim under our guarantee, please email us images of the damage together with your order details to ensure we can properly log your issue and resolve it swiftly.
 
We will attempt to acknowledge your email within two working days and will try to resolve your issue as quickly and effectively as possible.
